Stirling Moss Trophy Victory for Olly Bryant & Kyle Tilley at Donington Park Historic Festival - 4th May 2025

Sunday 4th May 2025

Olly Bryant claimed another Stirling Moss Trophy win in the Lotus 15 , this time partnered by 2.0L Cup team mate Kyle Tilley. Olly qualified the car P2 behind the Lister Jaguar of Nigel Greensall and John Spiers. Kyle took the start and the lead with an excellent switchback manoeuvre exiting Redgate on lap 1. He extended the lead to 6 seconds and managed this gap until the pit stops after a safety car was called to recover a stricken car on the circuit.

After the stops, Olly resumed in P5 before hunting down the leaders to get the car back into first position. Olly & Kyle emerged victorious by some 33 seconds at the flag from Will Nuthall (Lister Jag), who was fuel saving at the end.

Olly also raced the Pre-63 Jaguar E Type in the Motor Racing Legends Pre-63 GT Race. Olly qualified in P5 overall and first of the E-Types as the Donington GP layout favoured the more powerful Cobras and Astons. Olly drove solo in the 60-minute encounter to come home fourth overall, again the strongest Jaguar.

Additionally, Olly shared the Era Motorsport Porsche 997 GT3R in the new GT3 Legends series with car owner Kyle Tilley. Despite not having any functioning ABS (a legacy of the car being parked up for over 10 years), the pairing finished P9 and P7 in the 2 x 50 mins races, despite having to serve an additional 30 seconds per race in the pit stop owing to their driver gradings. This was a strong debut for the car, and once fully functioning, the car will no doubt be a challenger for overall wins.
