Bryant T70 Spyder Win’s Bruce McLaren Trophy at Goodwood 83rd Members’ Meeting

The 1966 Lola T70 Spyder notched up another win at Goodwood last weekend, this time in the hands of super-sub Phil Keen. Olly Bryant was on duty with Era Motorsport at the 12 hours of Spa-Francorchamps, so was unable to attend. Phil Keen stepped in and delivered a fantastic result, qualifying second on the grid behind the similar car of Stuart Hall.

Keen launched into the lead off the line and delivered a commanding victory, whilst also setting a new lap record of 1.18.141s at 109.4 mph. This Mk2 Spyder has a formidable track record at Goodwoo,d having won the Bruce McLaren trophy and Whitsun trophy on multiple occasions.
